The grades on the report cards are not edited by OnlineGrapevine.com, and in no way should such report cards be construed as either a positive or negative recommendation about any service provider by OnlineGrapevine.com. Although OnlineGrapevine.com does not routinely review or approve consumer report cards, OnlineGrapevine.com reserves the right to remove specific ratings in cases where OnlineGrapevine.com, in its sole discretion, determines that the rating system is being abused, or used for illegal purposes.
