Who are the service providers listed on Online Grapevine?
Individual companies that are confident enough in their reputation to subscribe to a grading service for public viewing.

What if the company I want to check out is not listed?
We cannot provide information for any company that is not part of this system. We are constantly adding new subscribers and welcome your recommendation for other companies to be added. If you provide us with their contact information, Online Grapevine will contact them to see if they are interested in being added to this online service.

What makes Online Grapevine different from other sources?
This website allows immediate access to information with no obligation. It is easy to use, and does not require the consumer to provide any personal information to view the service provider ratings. Also, there are no user fees and no memberships to join. You benefit from the experiences of other consumers for the specific services you need.

Can anyone change my report card after I have submitted it?
No one can change the grades on a report card once it has been submitted. The comment section will be edited by Online Grapevine personnel for profanity. If you wish to make changes on your report card after it has been submitted, you must contact Online Grapevine. After validation, your previous report card will be deleted, and a new one generated.

How quickly will my report card be online after I have submitted it?
Upon submission, your report card is sent to the service provider to validate you as a customer. Your report card is then automatically uploaded on the website two weeks after the submission date.

Can the service provider reject my report card?
No, the service provider has no authority to reject or alter your report card. If there is a question as to whether you are a valid customer, you will be contacted by Online Grapevine.

Do all service providers offer rebates or coupons?
Not necessarily. That is up to each individual service provider.

How do I know if my service provider offers a rebate or coupon?
You can call the service provider directly, or simply click on the button for "Coupons and Rebates". The information will be e-mailed to you instantly.

How do I redeem my coupon or rebate?
After you have had the work performed by the service provider, you simply submit a report card online. Then, you will receive the value of your rebate or coupon directly from the service provider within 90 days. Your service provider has committed to Online Grapevine to promptly issue all rebates or coupon refunds quickly and without regard to the grade issued on a report card.

How can I be sure that the services providers represented on the site are licensed or insured professionals?
The rule of thumb is to never assume anything. Ask the service provider for proof of all necessary credentials. Licensing requirements vary by state and by profession. Not all trades or job sizes require licenses. Online Grapevine does not provide any guarantees. It is your responsibility to clarify requirements with the provider.

How do I hire someone I find on the Online Grapevine?
Call them directly or email them. Tell them you found them on the Online Grapevine, and expect to be treated like royalty. Their reputation will be on the line.
